Painting

The Company «EKOM»  offers the service of painting on the automatic powder coating line at our factory. The capacity of the line is near 100 000 sq. meters of painting  per month.

All the painted details have a high a quality of powder coating. Painting is carried out on a modern automatic painting line manufactured in Europe. All the operations on the painting (- degreasing - phosphate- drying-spreading- melting) are performed automatically on a 300m conveyor transport system.

We use the powder coatings, phosphate and degreasing materials for painting of a high quality.

The total area of the shop with the painting line is more than 6000 square meters. It  allows to organize  the storage of blanks and finished products in one place. There is also a section of the assembly, packaging, palletizing products.
